    A. THZ531, but not inhibitors targeting <t>CDK8</t> (CCT251545), or CDK9 (NVP-2), or BET family of bromodomain proteins (JQ1) increases MYC expression. SKBR3 cells were treated with indicated inhibitors (200 nM) for 4 hours, followed by fluorescent immunoblotting. B.
